Once a month, Defiance Ridge Vineyards hosts an intimate multi-course dinner in their indoor pavilion and we're looking forward to joining them for this very special November evening! The 5-course menu looks terrific and the accompanying Pride Mountain Vineyard wine pairings, including the much-loved 2025 Viognier and 2024 Cabernet Franc, will make for a delicious night.
