Mailing List & Availability Schedule
Limited availability dictates that online ordering be available only to mailing list customers upon release. If you are not currently a mailing list customer but are interested in wines shown to be available on this website, we welcome your inquiry either by phone at (707) 963-4949 or by email.
If you would like to join our mailing list, please call the winery at (707) 963-4949 or click here to submit your contact information on-line.
We send print newsletters and email offerings to communicate the availability of new releases, updates from the winery and more. Other time sensitive information is communicated by email as well.
Viognier and Syrah are offered in May, Merlot and Cabernet Franc are offered in August, and Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon are offered in November.
Limited production wines, such as the Vintner Select wines, the Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, Reserve Claret and Sangiovese are produced in such small quantities that signing up for our mailing list does not guarantee accessibility to these wines.
Vintner Select wines are offered to the mailing list members with the most active recent purchase histories.
Reserve wines are offered only to members of the Reserve List. Unfortunately, this list has been closed since 1999 and we are now only able to add people up to this list when a spot becomes available through the attrition of an existing member. We regret that this is the case, but as these wines are allocated rather than being offered on a first come basis, the number of spots on the Reserve List is dictated by production. Purchase history is the primary consideration as we try to be as fair as possible when filling Reserve List positions when they become available.
You can unsubscribe from our list at any time by calling the winery at (707) 963-4949 or by sending us an email.
