2009 Pride Chardonnay
Intense nose of honeycomb, yellow apple and quince. A smoothly building attack with the right vibrant tingle culminates in creamy flavors of apple, spice and honey. Emerging acidity through the middle and finish intensify the flavors providing excitement and verve without any bitterness or sharpness. Not even a hint of explicit oak. One of our finest Chardonnays ever.

The 2009 Chardonnay is a gorgeous, fleshy wine. This is a fairly large-scaled Chardonnay, with plenty of rich varietal fruit, but all of the elements are nicely integrated. Anticipated maturity: 2012-2015.
