Winemaker Sally Johnson leads this tight knit team, working closely with long-time associate winemaker Romel Rivera and Steve Pride. Pure of focus, the team is in constant conversation - many times with the inclusion of viticulturist, Paul Skinner - sharing knowledge and new ideas, all with the goal of coaxing the finest wines possible out of Pride's mountaintop fruit.

Affectionately known as "The Three D's" (the Director of Business & Finance, the Director of Retail Sales and the Director of Marketing) Kathy, Tim and Wendy work closely with the Pride family, constantly striving to uphold the Pride family ethic of honesty and excellence, while giving support to the rest of the Pride Team. Hidden mostly from the public eye, this group keeps us honest. Kathy steers the ship, while Katherine juggles all our state by state compliance reporting and keeps the wine flowing to our distributors and wholesale accounts and Cheryl pays the bills, fulfills our donations and handles all the daily details (like keeping the production crew fed during harvest) that everyone else would forget.
